Emailed greenmotion that my flight was delayed and got a reply that it was no problem. When arriving my car was gone and I was forced to more than my original hire to get another car.
There was some sand on the floor on my return. They charged another whopping 100 pounds for cleaning which is outrages. Definitely the worst car rental company out of the 15 plus companies I have used over the years.

I have had a very bad experience with Green Motion. We hired a car in October 2024 and they charged my credit card twice for £68. When I asked why, they replied that it was about a ticket that I never received!!!! even prove why I was charged money and told I had to solve the problem myself.
I consider this a BIG SCAM and a lack of help from the company if they treat customers this way.
In addition, they pick up people from a parking lot away from the airport and then pick up the car. Once there, it turns out that to rent a car you need a credit card, which they then charge for who knows what.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have dealt with Yassim, Mo and the team at Green motion for in excess of four years. They are completely honest, reliable, friendly and helpful and they are the reason I return time and time again.

I should know I had one of their cars on hire for twenty months and am presently into my third month of a current hire period.

They have made Green Motion my number one ‘go to’ when I need vehicle hire. You cannot go wrong with them and I don’t hesitate to recommend them to family, friends and business associates.

I’m having a really bad experience with this company. They took £50 deposit from me on the 17th November and still haven’t returned it. They will not reply to emails, I would advise do not use this company. Plus when you arrive in Liverpool airport you have to walk to a very far car park to be picked up.
