Buying a new car is a big deal and can be incredibly daunting to trust that what you're being told is true - however I had no doubt with these guys from start to finish. Genuine, lovely & all round fantastic people. Impeccable customer service, fast responses & the option of a text service which was really helpful for me due to my working hours. Dan and Paul showed fantastic customer service when I travelled from Bristol to buy my Ford Focus from them. There was no pressure to buy and once I decided I was going to, they went above and beyond to make sure my car was in its best condition for me to take away with me the following week. Both lovely guys that made us feel relaxed and completely comfortable and happy with the purchase. I feel like if I have any questions in the future I could contact them and they will continue to be just as friendly and helpful. 5 stars! Had a few bad experiences with dealers further away trying to sell cars that were not representative of the description or photos taken. Decided to look closer to home and found Motion Automotive. Dealt with Paul, who was brilliant from start to finish. He was more than happy for us to take the car for a test drive and to put it through it's paces. He promptly answered all questions we had in a professional manner. Before purchase we realised we hadn't checked a few other aspects of the car, which Paul was more than happy to deal with before we made the final payment. A bit of paintwork needed touching up, which was sorted before our purchase. Other than this minor aspect the car was exactly as advertised and in good condition throughout. The whole process ran smoothly, the vehicle was put through a new MOT, our car tax was all sorted for us on the day and we were also able to PX our old car. A few days after purchase I had a few questions about the car, for which Paul gave prompt and informative advice. Overall a very positive experience from a customer that had almost lost hope of buying a car from an honest dealer! I can't recommend this dealership enough and would advise anyone looking for a new vehicle to pop down and take a look. Thank you Motion Automotive!

I bought a car from motion automotive at the beginning of the month, im very impressed with how good this place is. Paul was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish, his customer service was second to none, he is an absolute gent when it comes to selling cars. The hole process was very quick the car came with a years mot and a fresh service he pulled out all the stops and even phoned up weeks later to make sure everything was in order, I would definitely use motion again to buy my next car. 10/10 service

Purchased a Land Rover discovery in February from you, it’s has been an absolute disaster.. I’ve just had a £800 bill to replace the crank seal, cam shaft pulley and cam belts due to oil contamination, no point contacting you as half the time you don’t reply. And your warranty is pathetic and only lasts three months. PS I have also replaced a door lock which I did email you about no response, I have also replaced the offside wheel bearing at vast cost as well as that failed I’m sorry that was failing when you mot’d it they don’t just go and also the boot release mechanism snapped as well. It’s been off the road for ages. Avoid at all costs…. I will remove this review if you wish to provide a substantial contribution towards my costs. Happy to send the video of all the work and damage.
