Scam alert! I wish I hadn't been so trusting. I gave them $600 up front and then needed to put the job on hold. When I contacted them again they said they needed another $299 IMMEDIATELY to 'restart' the project. All positive reviews on this site are fake ... scroll through and you will get a fairly good picture of what it's really like to deal with them; once they have your money and are past the refund window, they will be as rude and aggressive as f*%#k

Working with Video Animation was the worst experience of my life. They started off professional, promising me that if I was not satisfied that I could receive my 100% refund. After going back and forth with not having my characters correct, never seeing an animation, and missing my deadline; they finally gave my project to a senior designer and asked for another shot and promised me another week. I NEVER RECEIVED THE PROJECT WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK and after I wrote them again he finally sent me over a clip with my characters moving back and forth. No special movements, no thought was put into the video. I gave them my design because they couldn't think of ANYTHING and they sent the exact same design back with movement that looked like a kindergarten did it! I asked for my refund back several times and which they will not write me back, never revised my project, never communicated next steps to the refund process, i have called, i have written them and NO RESPONSE! THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I PAID $600 DOLLARS for this project! And all they did was beg me for more money on the phone after rushing me to pay for the initial services!!!! I stated SEVERAL TIMES that I was willing to take a chance with them because both JAY GILL, DENNIS, & JEFF MARTIN told me that I would get a %100 refund if i was not satisfied! WELL I AM NOT SATISFIED AND YET THEY WILL NOT RESPOND TO ME NEEDING MY REFUND! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

FRAUD ALERT - BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. After getting paid up-front, they decided they couldn't create a video for me. The company rep said he'd put my payment back on my credit card. but he never did. I called back and talked to another rep and he too said he'd give me back my money; but he never did. This happened three times over a period of two months. I realize now they were stringing me out while the 60 day dispute period on my credit card expired. Now when I call them they just admit they can't do the video and they are not refunding my money. I'm contacting the Los Angeles Attorney General's office next. BE AWARE!

Don't waste your money. They do not follow instructions despite multiple rounds of revision. Worse than that, you will find yourself on a txt marketing list and receive frequent spam text messages.

I've also suddenly received tons of targeted junk mail to my physical mailbox, mostly from scam companies.

Scam organisation that sends spam emails under several different company names ('Book Writing Inc.', 'Wiki Professionals Inc', 'Sydney Logo Design', 'Logo Shines', etc...) to encourage you to part with your money. All 5-star reviews for this company are fake accounts. This company is fundamentally dishonest, and should not be trusted.

UPDATE: Even though I unsubscribed, they have resubscribed me again! Went to edit my profile, and found the list is called "on the list: wiki july20p6" - Joke of a company - can't even get real subscribers!

UPDATE: Despite emailing this company and contacting them VIA facebook - they continue to send me spam email. Started a live chat on their website, which the ended without response. Filed an FTC complaint and encourage others to do the same.

This company has obtained my email address without my permission and has sent me unsolicited advertising. I do not appreciate this and take it very seriously.

This company has not provided anything of quality or creativity. They expect you to provide the material and idea's then put together such a shoddy presentation. I swear high school students could do better. I give them a 0 but need to select one start in order to post. Below is an example of communication between myself and their staff.

This is disturbing!
Not that you can't read English very well, but that you try to sell me something that is creative.
Then it seems you want me to do half the project.
I think you should just send my money back and cancel my order.

I graduated from ACC (Austin Community College) in 2008 and pursuing my Masters from University of Texas in Mass Communication. I am working in this industry for last 6 years and currently working as a Sr, Manager in a reputed company. But it seems like you lack in professionalism but that doesnt matter to me. Only thing I asked you to share is the rough draft of your idea to write the script according. Also if you dont have capability to write a rough draft, let me know and we will provide you the script as we did earlier.

So instead of offering a new fresh idea and show me what skills they have . They expect me (you) to do their work and they boast about their credentials.

Show me your credential by delivering creative idea's and a quality product. Don't boast about them.
It has been 7 month and I still have no video,

I Highly recommend looking to another company for your video needs!!

crooks and they cheat me with my money, they made my product expired because waiting to promote and sell online , they didn't delivered any service for my company and not responding. I asked to return my money and not responding to me and I will sue them.
