I had a great experience from beginning to end. Making an initial appointment was so easy and I got in quick. The staff was always very helpful, Anna at the front desk in Cape Coral is the best! I initially met with Anthony and he was wonderful, listened intently to my issues. Then I started to meet with Joe regularly and he was easy to schedule with and every session he worked on me to help the best he could. He is gentle, caring and gets the job done. I highly recommend Back in Motion. They all rock!

Backs in motion and more specifically Dr. Joe Molina has been great to work with both personally and professionally. My shoulder was painful and my arm was numb at times and weak. I recently had physical therapy at Back in Motion, Cape Coral, and I cannot recommend this center enough! Dr. Anthony is an exceptional therapist who truly prioritizes his clients' well-being. Unlike other facilities I've been referred to where the physical therapists spend limited time with you before handing you off to an “exercise specialist,” Dr. Anthony provides personalized, one-on-one attention throughout each session. His extensive knowledge and experience in the field are evident, as he tailored my treatment plan to address my specific needs. I injured my shoulder and needed to improve my motion and strength because I need to use a cane to get around because of an accident. Thanks to his guidance, I've had significant improvements in my mobility, strength, and range of motion.

Can not praise this experience enough. The one on one therapy with consistent care and guidance has my aching back singing a new tune ! Dr.Joseph Moleno has brought such relief with his skill and knowledge of the back/neck and all the related muscles and his suggestions for my home routines have given me hope for the first time in a very long battle with my neck and back pain and discomfort. Do yourself a favor and go for an evaluation. You will thank me.
PS: Just wanted to add that after a few weeks of twice a week sessions with Dr.Joe I am happy to say my back pain issues have been reduced so much that I can go on with my normal daily routines including cleaning myhouse from top to bottom and not end up in pain and discomfort. I have not felt this good in a very long time. The therapy has helped me eliminate the nagging pain I have dealt with for years. This therapy is a legit option for help with pain. Five stars!!!

I have nothing but high praise for the staff at Back In Motion Performance & Physical Therapy- Cape Coral. Dr. Sharon first saw me at a same-day appointment to treat an acute episode of vertigo. She evaluated me and gave me treatments to address this very disorienting and uncomfortable condition. She has also been treating me for neck and back pain secondary to my scoliosis. Dr. Sharon has used a multi-faceted approach including exercises, dry needling, electrical nerve stimulation, massage, and patient education, resulting in significant relief of symptoms. She brings knowledgeable professionalism and positive encouragement to each session. I am grateful for her help.

This place is the real deal! Been to many PT places. Back in Motion is a whole different experience. Knowledgeable, professional, serious about solving the problem, not just pulling stock exercises off a program. Anthony diagnosed my shoulder problem after the surgeon dismissed it as something it wasn't. Do yourself a favor and call them today!

Dr Anthony helped me resume movement in my knee after my knee replacement surgery. For which I was very grateful! While Dr Hannah has helped me with my back pain and pelvic issues. Most importantly I was never passed off to another individual. They concentrated totally on me. Quite an improvement over many physical therapy places I’ve used in the past.
