I gave one star only because I couldn't give zero stars and rate this facility.
I twisted my ankle at work.
Poor quality care was given.
(Attitude by Nurse and upper management was harsh, making me feel as though I was guilty of something.)
X-ray was supposed to be sent out for further interpretation, I was told to come back twice and it turns out the X-ray was never sent out.
I waited over two hours, 1-1/2 of that in a room without a single explaination of what was happening only to find out I was fine and being discharged.
What did I learn?

I would've been better off not going!

I waited over a month to post this review, so I don't write with emotions, I went to this clinic for a job related injury, I was treated as a felon instead of a patient, very long waiting time, and very bad service, this doctor should have been retired at least 15 years ago, and the office is like a police precinct. If this would this be my only option I definetly wait for my death with honor but NO way I would put myself in theirs hands for surgery or treatment, I had to mark one star so the post could be acepted.

I had been going to Dr.Potash for many years.He was always gave me great service and even shared a few laughs.Im also a local mariner and went every five years for the renewal of my Merchant Medical.I had an Asian Nurse Practitioner for years and she was great.
The most recent visit i was seen by Yida and she detected a abnormally that turned out to be afib.The rest was a nightmare dealing with obtaining my medical paperwork inorder to procede.Complete and utter incompetence ! The office manager Lori Lopez makes Nurse Rachid seem pleasant.
The attitude is beyond horrible.I had UM Health attempt to recover my medical records to no avail causing me a big delay and redundant testing.I didnt have Dr Potash cell phone.
I relayed the issue to the Coast Guard whereas they couldnt believe witholding my records.
I will still pursue when this Cobid ebds.
I would advise not visiting this service !!

I could give zero starts if I could. All the 1 star reviews are correct and worth to read. All the 5-star reviews are fake. Please avoid this place if you can, They are much better clinics in South Florida (e.g. in Fort Lauderdale). I made a mistake going to Port of Miami clinic and will never ever go there again. I was doing my medical examination needed for work on a cruise ship. Here are just a few things happened during my visit: The eye exam test was the most unprofessional one I have ever done in my life. Then, after being asked to take my clothes off (except my underwear), I had to wait about 10 minutes for the nurse and the doctor to show up. The doctor who was examine me was a Spanish speaking guy, who's English is poor and I questioned his qualification as well. The physical test for example was a grotesque. I spent about 25 min in the room alone, just waiting. They took so much blood from me (4x 10ml test tubes!) Are you kidding me?! I never had to give so much blood for such a medical test! I had almost fainted! And BTW, I am 6'2" tall, but slim guy, and not afraid of giving blood. Also I paid more than at other facilities. And after I went home (which is a different state), they've called and told me that my glucose level was just a little bit high. Just a little bit? And they suggested to come back and do another test for $50! I did another blood test at my home town, pay for it of course, and send it to them. If you've read the whole thing, and are still reading, I honestly advise you to look for another clinic. Taking a med test is not fun and you want to be comfortable while you are doing it. This place is definitely not a place to go. Good luck!
A little bit about myself: I am a musician, a very active person, doing CrossFit twice a week and working out every 2 days for the last 18 years. Never had a major issue with my health, I don't take any regular medicine and consider myself super healthy person. I work on cruise ships since 2003.

Case of pure negligency and unprofessionalism-My name-Sahil Singh Sandhu. I have added the pictures of arm in the photos. I went to the clinic for immigration purposes on Saturday 02/16/19, I needed to get the medical report, the nurse took my blood sample and after 3 hours I see my arm, I got bruises all over my arm below elbow and the arm swelled up and it was hurting. I called and told them that the nurse punctured by arm badly and I have bruises all over the arm. They told me that they will give me a call back, after an hour I get a call and they ask me to come over, I live around 1.5 hours away and asked them to pay compensation for gas and my time because they were at fault and the guy told me that they are treating me that is more than enough and on arguing, he told me that I am going to talk to my boss. My work is affected, they are torturing a patient mentally and physically. On looking at my arm, it feels like am on drugs and it looks so unprofessional for me to go at work and sit around anybody with those bruises on arm. I am definitely going to court if they don’t compensate me.

Worst place you can go to! Do yourself a favor and don’t go here. The place itself looks disgusting! Not to mention the bathrooms have a foul odor! Now the staff are simply unethical and unpleasant! I spoke to the executive CEO, and let’s just say she has no sense of professionalism and ethics. The most displeasing person I’ve ever had to dealt with in my life!

This place is horrible! I came twice for short visits and spent more then 4 hours each time. Lots of people in the waiting area & inside looks like nobody is moving. Doctor was checking online what vaccines I need to get.
This is the most unprofessional clinic ever. Don't come here people. It's a big waste of time & money.

This place is only good for is nothing.
This old geriatric quack should be in an old folks home.
Any good reviews about this place are purely fabricated. Read all the reviews and make your own decision.
My experience there was horrendous.
