This is the worse Dr. Office I've ever experienced. They are unprofessional from the staff to the doctor. He's uncaring and don't listen. Try to treat you off of how he feels like he's the one experiencing what your going through and don't care about what you want/need or take into consideration what you think may help when it's you body. Just because you have a piece of paper with a signature doesn't make you right. He just want money. His staff is on the same page he on. I've been waiting on a referral from his office over 3 months. Can't get authorizations I need. Don't answer the phones and talk to everyone else besides you when on phone. Just call and listen to they answering set up. Just unprofessional. I wouldn't send my dog to him. Keep telling me he can't do this for my conditions but has never checked a finger nail or heart beat when I've been there. ? Does he even know if am I alive at this point. Please take yourself and love ones to someone else.

I was referred to this doctor upon relocating here. I’ve received excellent service thus far. I was taken to the emergency room after my first visit and when I got there Mr. Rosales had already called and advised them of my medical conditions. Definitely worthy of five stars..

My dad has been waiting for a referral from this physician for almost 3 weeks after a visit. This is ridiculous. I have made phone call after phone. The receptionist is hard of hearing. She rebuttive when she should be more concerning granted you are dealing with cancer patients in recovery..... I will contact the board that certified this doctor!! He should let the practice and his staff go because he is failing the medical community.... We want to live not die!!.. PLEASE RUN AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR....!!! HE SHOULD NOT BE AFFILIATED WITH ANY HOSPITAL... YET ALONE DOCTOR'S!!!! WOW!!! I AM AFRAID!!

Don’t use this doctors office. Too incompetent to look up insurance before I even step foot in the door. Gave correct information multiple times and 24 hours prior to appointment trying to say they can’t find my insurance. If they can’t get it right before you get there what makes you think they can get anything else right. Find another place immediately. 100% have insurance through my company. Lack of professionalism from office personnel. Not to mention they want you to bring cash. Glad I found this out before I actually met with the doctor.

I had been with this doctor for 5 years, He was great but lately I am not satisfied at all, it seems he is in a rush, doesn't gave me quality time, I understand he has a busy agenda, that does not mean we are not paying for his service, we deserve better service.
I gave him another chance, and went one more time, totally losing my time.
The people on the front desk are very friendly and very helpful.
I am not coming back.

The receptionist (Asian) can’t recall her name. Completely forgot to book my appointment with an specialist from 2 weeks ago! If I had not call to check in the status I would have never known and kept waiting. She had an awful unprofessional attitude and always spoke loudly over me when I expressed my concerns and asked to speak with someone else. She told me my insurance was inactive and could not book my appointment (she kept on changing her story) I called my insurance to see why would I be inactive but they assured me I have been covered non stop with them and asked me to give the office my insurance number so they could speak with them to re assure eligibility. I tried telling her that but she would get upset and then She would hang up on me! twice she refused to let me speak with anyone else. Every time I call she’s the only one that answers so it’s a circle of me getting nowhere. Unfortunately I will have to switch Providers due to the incompetence of the receptionist. Dr. Rosales should definitely look into his staff because he is losing lots of patients due to her.

Dr.Rosales does NOT listen to his patients he tries to tell you how you should feel and always down plays any type of pain you may be experiencing. I understand that some people can be dramatic and overreact at any type of discomfort but I’m not one of those people. ii don’t even like to go to the doctor but ii know my body and if I’m not feeling well that’s just it period. For whatever reason he is hesitant to give you an excuse for work maybe because people just try to get out of work but again that’s NOT my MO ii haven’t called out of my current job for the two years I’ve been there my job is manual labor and if ii feel that ii literally can’t breath as I’m working then ii should be allowed to have a couple days off work! The medication he prescribed as done nothing! But he will tell you even if it doesn’t feel like it’s working it is which makes no sense the whole point of medication is to get rid of discomfort. I spent $100 on medications that have done nothing for me did research online about the chest inflammation ii have and turmeric (Curcumin) is supposed to help went to Walmart spent $20 and ii feel better in just one day of taking that then ii have in the last two weeks moral of the story is don’t waste your money or time here!
