Completely unhelpful and indifferent staff who seem more interested in standing around than assisting customers. When asked for help, they take an unreasonably long time to respond, and if an item is unavailable, they show no concern or effort to assist further. The lack of professionalism is unacceptable.

Best day of my life. I was in line for the fan luv meet at the very front of the line and we left because it was too hot and it wasn’t moving around 4 when he said he was coming at 2. But it was still a very fun experience.

Worst company ever!I purchased some sneakers,one of them arrived with a damaged box,I requested an exchange they did not accept ,I requested to return the sneakers since they did not have a decent box...
I had to keep the sneakers plus they make you pay for label so I decided to take them back to one store 1 hour away(they don't have like a lot of locations)
When I got there they did not accept the sneakers because of the damaged box

Customer service is only through email and you are always getting emails from different people so is Impossible to get anything resolved,you have to provide once;twice even 3 times the same info.

This shop isn't "We the best" for nothing. From the door out front to the back door it is excellent. Manager Mel is the bomb. The tall manager with dreadlocks is so helpful and the bald white guard at the front door is so welcoming. It was a pleasure giving my funds here for the experience alone. Every person there is just the best.

Très bon magasin de chaussure et de vêtement globalement. Beaucoup de choix dans le magasin ce qui le rend incontournable sur Collins Avenue. Le personnel est très avenant et très agréable. L’endroit est sécurisé par un vigil durant toute la journée ce qui augmente la sécurité dans le lieux. Le lieux est également ouvert relativement tard ce qui permet de s’y rendre en fin de journée / début de soirée et se balader sur l’avenue.
