Betrüger! Wir haben noch nie vorher erlebt ,
dass uns für die Reinigung eines sauberen Autos ohne vorherige Vereinbarung 40 Euro abgeknöpft wurden. Das Auto hatte lediglich minimale Gebrauchsspuren an Reifen , am Unterboden, die Fußmatten vom Fahrer und Beifahrer waren nicht gewischt .

I wish i could give them negative stars. Firstly they charge 30 euro for cleaning the car on top of the original rental! Then I have a 150 euro penalty as the cleaning fee did not include cleaning. Avoid at all costs as they are fraudulent thieves.

Jei neturite kur dėti pinigų, tai įmonė kaip tik jums buvo mano klaida kad neisigilinau salygas ) pateikiau 2 korteles 1 visa kita mastercard man buvo pasakyta kad ju nepriims ir automobilio negausiu nes sios korteles nera kreditines nebent pirkciau is ju papildomas draudimas kainuoja 390€ tokiu atveju uzstato nereikes, tai visumoj kainuos 556 uz 10 dienų (išsirinktas automobilis buvo (wv jeta o bučiau gives wv passat automobilius ivardyjau kad aiškiau nušviest situacija) tuo metu lauke buvo -16 ir mes buvome su trimis vaikais kuriems yra terp 7-12 metu kadangi automobilio negavome gryžome i oro uostą išsikvieteme taxi, bandeme del pinigų grąžinimo nes virukas budeleje pareiške jis tik išdavineja mašinas daugiau nieko nežino , atsakyma gavome kita diena jie mums pasiule gražint 54€ o 112€ "soriukas" bet šitų pinigu gražinti negalime buvo kovota del gražinimo beveik 2men ir galutiniam variante vis delto teko pripažinti šių "VERSLININKŲ" pergalę nes jie savo specialistų ir žino, kaip reikia lygioj vietoj "pasidaryti" pinigų tai nei automobilio gavo ir 112€ praradom kaip liaudyje sakoma lygioj vietoj, aišku kita diena išsinuomavom iš kitos bendroves ir be jokių užstatų ir nustatytų mokesčių , Mano asmeninis patarimas apeit is toli šia kontora

Avoid at all costs. Writing this review while being stuck at the airport with my 3 year old son due to greenmotion refusing to provide a car I booked for two weeks. Despite reading requirements in their voucher about credit card it specifies that it has to be under your name and it has to have a requested deposit amount available. However when attending greenmotion office they refused to accept my credit card as it was expiring in 5 months. Why is it not mentioned in a voucher that it requires to be valid for at least 6 months? They offered to take full insurance directly from them which is 3 times the cost of thecar rental! Phoned broker to get a refund and still had to pay a cancelation fee eqvuivalent to a price of car hire for 3 days. What a great scamming business. No service provided, yet still making money. Oh and aparently their cars a tracked and if you speed they charge you silly amounts of money that's what I was told. Should it not be police fining the driver directly and driver paying fines directly to police? It's like cheap airlines, cheap price, nut then they will grab money from you at every opportunity you will give them.

Patariu vengti ir rinktis kitą nuomos įmonę, nes be nesusipratimų tikrai nepavyks išsinuomoti automobilio. Pati prasčiausia autonuomos įmonė, pusę pasaulio apkeliavęs dar tokio šlamšto kaip čia niekur nemačiau. Darbuotojai neprofesionalūs, ne tai kad nemandagūs bet labai ižulūs, jeigu pasakai, kad kažkas tau nepatinka, tau atšauna - ''Tai eik kitur nuomotis'', tiesa ką ir padariau. . Niekur pasaulyje nemačiau, kad būtų taikomas mokestis (25 eur) už tai, kad grąžini automobilį ne ką tik iš plovyklos, čia kaip restorane pavalgai bet turi ir indus pats išsiplauti ir stalą nurinkti, absurdas. Plius verta žinoti, kad jie ten būna tik rezervacijos laiku, jeigu ateisite keliolika min vėliau ar ankščiau - nieko nerasite. Kainos tikriasiai pigiausios bet kokybė paslaugų taip pat žemiausia. Gailiuosi, kad prieš nuomuodamasis nepaskaičiau komentarų, nes visi jie panašūs apie šią autonuomą.

Please avoid to work with this company! They rejected my paid booking because they are sure that my credit card isn't credit card. VISA Chase Credit and AMEX were rejected. So I literally lost money with them and I will apply for the refund via my bank.

Ordered a car from this company to rent for 11days. Paid around 250 euros. When we came to pick up the car, customer service asked for credit card to take 600€ deposit. We could not remember the pin code. Lady at front desk said it happens very often. However any optional payment method was not offered. It wasnt possible to swipe the card or sign for it... why? Only other option was to pay additional 270€ for full insurance. More than the actual car rent. Lady in front desk said its best for us to contact the company (car agents) we booked though and try to get at least some money back. However our car agency said money was already paid for and it was only up to Green Motion if they want to give us at least part of money back.
Anyway we contacted bank to get our pin code for credit card and we got it after some days. Called Green Motion again and asked to get the car for those few (around 3) days left, since they didn't want go refund any money for us and now we had pin code. I was speaking with a manager and she said our reservation is over and there's nothing she can do. But we paid for 11 days! Her only offer was to make a new reservation and she havent even offered any reduction or discount after keeping all the 250€ from our rent!
Horrible customer service...
P.S. Yes in those 7 pages of rental agreement there was a sentence where they said you might need your credit card pin number. However if people keep on forgetting it, as front table lady said it happens very often, it looks like they are using the situation (everyone knows not a lot of people are reading 7 pages of rental agreements) to scam people. If it happens so often there should be a note near your reservation number to have your credit card pin number!
