This is the only shop I trust my vehicles. Guillermo's team of mechanics are highly competent and qualified to work on anything. I have a 1972 Nova that has gone through a complex transformation with tins of custom work, which they are meticulous in all areas. We have had them service our Mercedes e350 and c230 plus recently the e350 was hit and damaged the bumper and sensor which made the car un-drivable. They completed all the repairs for a fraction of what the dealer or other body shops quoted. Recently, they did a wheel and tire upgrade to the c230 with new spacers, brakes, and hubs. Again, excellent work and at a very fair rate.
He also saved my Toyaota Camry from the junk yard. It needed a new timing chain, requiring the removal of the motor. He not only replaced the timing chain but also looked over the entire car fixing anything that needed repaired. Now, the car drives like new and should get at least another 150,000 miles. This saved me from having to buy a new car and tens of thousands of dollars.

Very disappointed with the service at this mechanic shop. My truck was returned in worse condition, had 3 different service lights on the dashboard, and died on me when I took it home.
I took in my truck on a Tuesday for an inconsistent clicking noise, but no service lights on. The inept mechanic Guillermo couldn't get to a diagnostic on the first day, so we left them the truck because they needed more time to investigate. He said the codes on the computer were too vague to know what the issue was and that the noise the truck made was a separate issue they would have to figure out.
My husband then called Thursday to try and get an answer and they said the tests on the motor revealed it was the fuel injectors and everything else checked out fine on the motor. They were "90% sure" it was only the injectors. My husband authorized the injectors to get changed and calls Friday to get an update on the work. Guillermo gives him an answer that he thinks a piston on the motor needs changing, but he would have to take the motor apart. As for the dip in voltage when running the truck, Guillermo never could get to a diagnostic as to what was causing the issue. My husband deferred work on the motor.
On Monday my husband calls to see if the truck can be picked up and asks Guillermo how does he feel the truck. Guillermo said he felt the truck was a little better, but since he couldn't get to a definite diagnostic he didn't feel right charging the labor, so he only charged the parts.
I arrive before they closed Monday and pay, but only pick up the keys. I had seen another guy with my truck and the computer connected when I arrived. It makes me wonder if they were trying to deactivate any service code lights. I then return with my husband after hours to take the truck home and there are now 3 service lights on, a hard cracking noise, and significantly consistent magnified jolting feeling when braking or accelerating. We make it home and the next day the truck won't start.
Through several heated conversations on the phone with Guillermo he is taking no fault and saying the truck is "not good" and that the issue can't be identified until it gets worse. Very mind boggling to get an answer like that.

Edit to review after owner's response: I never asked for a new engine. Owner initially took it that way when I was telling him about filing a claim with his insurance for repairs. I made it clear from the last phone conversation that if I get a mechanic to review the truck and they discover that something Guillermo did caused the truck to not turn on, to then file a claim with his insurance for repairs to get the truck to start again. He even acknowledged during that conversation that the truck should still start even if the engine was bad.

Was in search of a mechanic who not only had a firm understanding of routine mechanic services but who also had superior knowledge of, and specialized in, offroad systems (ie: suspensions, drive trains, wheel/tire upgrades, etc.). I just happened to come across
M OFFROAD, dropped into their shop, and chatted with Guillermo regarding what I needed for an upcoming long range, off the grid trip I was preparing for. Not only did he take the time to review several different options with me for an upgraded suspension, but he was also able to schedule a day/time for the actual services to be completed that was extremely accommodating and cost-effective.

Did amazing work on my Acura, had engine trouble and they got it diagnosed and fixed quick. The attention to detail is outstanding, they fixed the job of a previous mechanic's shoddy work that I never caught. Car now runs like it should and handles like a dream now. Absolutely thrilled with the workmanship, honesty, and integrity of these guys.

We've pretty much made this guy our family mechanic, he's done work for just about all of us in the household. It takes a lot to earn that relationship with clients, these dudes earned it.
