This business is very rigid and poor office procedures. I went to the office in Bradenton on 11/2. I had the doctors orders but not the authorization. I was told the order was all I needed and they scheduled my appointment in Sarasota for 11/5. I went to the appointment and was told they didn't have my authorization. I called my physician's office and they were very helpful and got authorization faxed and received in under 20 minutes. The physical therapist then told me that they could see me and could I come tomorrow. I drive a two hour round trip and this office is not flexible enough to see me! The lack of empathy for the situation is no doubt a sign of how they treat patients. You may have better luck as some of the ratings indicate. But if it comes down to helping patients I wouldn't count on it.

We just started on a new diet plan(the wife and I) and I have to say I feel really confident. The meals provided are delicious and easy to take! Tim explains everything to the level of detail that he sounds like a physicist. You can tell he is an expert at his craft. In the last 2 visits and interactions in between, I have had a great experience.

Lizzy (Dr Lizzy) was professional, patient, knowledgeable and took time to explain the “what’s” and the “why’s”. to me. After one evaluation I already consider her a trusted resource. Highly recommend Back In Motion

I used Back In Motion from October 2023 through April 2024. Now after Doctor reviewing my situation going back to them for more help. Rosie, the supervisor, arranged the soonest appointment she could get to get things going. I have really enjoyed my sessions at Back In Motion and looking forward to going back for their staff to help me.

Back in Motion is the best Physical Therapy I ever been to in over 25 years going to different Physical Therapy around the world. They really care about you. They give you hope that with time you will be better off. I have Neurological Problems for over 25 years. The whole staff is the best. Justin Hardie, PTA-is number one in the world to me. He can read my body better than I can tell him. Mrs Jones who check you out always make sure everything was good and remind you of your next appointment. You can tell she really likes her job because she really cares for all the patients. The whole staff are 5 stars ⭐️. The girls up front always lets you know how long if you have to wait but I always go early so they will tell me when Justin will be free. There is not enough room to tell you how great this place is. You will thank me the first time you go there. The best experience at any Physical Therapy office in my life.and I been to a lot of them. James Dishman
