Worst judge for ever I read all comments I'm a father discriminated, violated my right and racist . that judge ordering two Colombian people have my son name Ayden overnight visitation my son 8 years old.since her mother died in 2022 those people running schools kindergarten.name Claudia cubillos academy and husband Noel Pace .bringing me in court after death of her mother and that judge gave them all my parental father right.i already contacted social media on that that places that unfair justice, and no one above the laws. Worst judge for ever,I already made my complaint for that judge.bad bad bad need to go not elected.

Judge Scott Bernstein is excellent Judge, he is very professional Judge, listens to all parties, he speaks clear language to any one who don't understand the Law, he makes it clear for every one, I lived in many states and had wide experience with courts and Judges, to be honest I consider Judge Bernstein one of the top Judges in USA because he has many qualities that is so hard to find in many Judges in these days, he shows shows qualities  of patience, open-mindedness, courtesy, tact, firmness, understanding, compassion and able to deal with people calmly and courteously, he is always willing to hear and consider the views of all sides of a case. I wish to see all Judges follow his footsteps, we need justice on earth so all of us can live happily as Judge Bernstein spreads the justice I always pray for him, I wish to say what is in my heart about this great Judge but English is my second language, Arabic is my first language, I don't speak a good English to express my true feelings about him and how much I do appreciate all his excellent work for being a good and just judge whom he is fair to every one regardless of your race, or religion.

This man do not like woman so if your a woman just be quiet and do not speak up for yourself . My case was so sensitive and he was very insensitive. How could all different people have the same problem with this same judge but no one can help us? This is not fair because no matter the situation we are all human and deserve to be heard and treated better.

Both previous reviews are on point. You should research online "how to stop a biased judge." Neither one of you have idea of who you are dealing with. I did not suffered directly from him but with another judge. One day he covered for my judge and he was already biased by the information the other judge gave him.

You should find parents in the same situation and do something about it. There was a republican political candidate that ran for Florida house of reps district 116 (My district) last year, who promised to finish the corruption in the family courts. He was always on the radio promoting his plans to finish the corruption in the courts. I lost his information, but try to find him. I don't think he won the elections. Please, share if you find his name. I am sure he can be of some help, unless he courts silence him already.

Judge Scott Berstein is very unproffessional and abrupt. He judges a persons appearance instead of the case and makes his ruling based of what he sees instead of what is being presented to him. He does not let anyone speak on their behalf and racially profiles minorities in his courtroom. How can I file a complaint against him

I was impressed with Judge Bernstein's patience and fairness. He listened carefully, was tactful but firm, and made sure everyone clearly understood what was going on. I was thankful to have him as a judge.

Feel he made decision before hearing to take child away from mother and gave sole temporary custody to father. Admitted didn't review case and when asked by mother what grounds he basically indicated because he could, he's the judge.

This judge is a joke! First he does not listen. Or allows no one to speak on their behalf. He accepts lies and manufactured truth as if was the reality. One this real children and families are torn apart by his insensitivity and lack of justice! This man needs to lose his credentials as a judge!
