Always in Motion Physical Therapy has been great! With their guidance and help, I have been able to manage my pain and increase muscle strength. I had been experiencing discomfort several times per week. After my first visit, I noticed an improvement and I continue to experience improvement with home exercises. I went to see Dr. Katy Murdakhayeva for physical therapy and was really happy with my experience. The place was very clean and made me feel comfortable. Always in Motion is a great practice with friendly staff who put you to work in getting better. Dr. Katy in particular I would call “strict but fair” - she wants you to improve to the best of your ability, and won’t accept less than your best effort! Searching and searching for a physical therapy place that will listen to you and actually care about your wellbeing? Then you have found the spot. Believe me when I say, I would travel across the country just to come here. This is an amazing place. I don’t know what I would have done after my hip surgery if I did not find physical therapist Katy and her amazing assistants & staff! They have been such a huge blessing in my life these past few months. If you value your wellbeing at all then you should come here. Katy has a true gift from God and is so very wise. I cannot put into words how beyond thankful I am to have found her.

Dealing with injury, surgery, pains, or whatever you have going on can be such an emotional and mentally tasking journey. I know how it is to just feel like you may never get better. Months and months of different physical therapists and doctors. Living in pain. Wow, I can’t help but imagine how different my journey would have been if I had only came here sooner… I’m so grateful for Always in Motion PT.
