So far I've had a great experience with Dr. Bowden-McKay. She expresses concern with my issues and willing to exhaust all possibilities to help me make better daily living adjustments.

Had surgery back in October of 2023 and after the surgery I was having trouble to eat so they installed a feeding tube. After being released from the hospital the doctors requested follow ups except the Gastroenterologist. I went through therapy and worked on eating and started to eating full time by the end of February of 2024. Once I was eating I meet with PCP on the steps getting the tube removed. They send me to the doctor on who installed the tube (Dr. Bowden-McKay) and after waiting almost two weeks for a call I decided to call them. After having multiple discussions they finally made an appointment but could not get me in for nearly 2-1/2 months. About a month prior to see the Dr. Bowden-McKay I was starting to have irritations and pain to my stomach. After seeing the Dr. Bowden-McKay she decided to schedule for a procedure to remove the tube since there was tissues forming around the tube and was to dangerous to pull the tube out. Had to wait another week to schedule for the removal. When the procedure took place, they were having trouble on removing the bumper (being in the stomach too long) which lead to having surgery with four additional holes in my stomach to remove the bumper. The procedure that was suppose to last around 30 minutes turned to nearly 1-1/2 surgery. I would not recommend Dr. Bowden-McKay.

I’ve been calling nearly everyday to get my referral reviewed so I can make an appointment. I keep hearing they’ll put a note on my chart that it’s urgent or that I should get a call by the next few days or by the end of the week and nothing. I’ve been more than patient I’ve told them how serious my condition is and how it’s affecting my life but it’s seems that no one cares. At this point I’m not sure what to do maybe this will get someone’s attention. I’m tired of calling for help.

I had an endoscopy, after the procedure I waited for almost 20mins to see her so she could explain to me if there is anything wrong, She didn’t show up. and the nurse told me she will call me. She didn’t call me. After a week or 10 days later some nurse called me and told me my lab work is fine. Thats it. I didn’t get any answers. Now i am looking forward to schedule appointment with another Doc. So disappointed!

Dr. Mckay was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I didn't feel rushed. She took the time to answer questions and explain the procedure. Everyone on staff was very compassionate and friendly. I highly recommend her!

Dr Bowden/McKay is so nice friendly and personable. She takes her time to explain everything and the “why” behind it all. I didn’t feel rushed in or out and all her staff/team were very nice and friendly themselves! I would definitely recommend her!

This was my first visit to this location. Check in was easy and the PA, Sara, and Dr. Bowden-McKay were both very professional and sociable. Both asked several times throughout my processing and exam if I had any questions related to what they told me.

Very good experience - I was made to feel very comfortable during my appointment.

I tried for three months to get her office to Return my phone calls to help make the appointment for Imaging of my liver that she requested. The communication was pretty bad. She was either out of state, no one said they got the message, or the request for Imaging Was sent to the wrong hospital by their office.
