Great place to worm with. People are always friendly and willing to help me. Showed great concern for my injury, before, during, and post-op. Dr Capito explained what he was going to do and post-op explained everything he did. During the operation, the staff kept my inform of the progress. Strongly recommend Augusta Aiken Orthopedic.

Dr Capito is the best! He explains all procedures, X-rays, outcomes of surgeries and or alternative choices with PT. My shoulder replacement surgery at Burke medical in Waynesboro GA was a great experience. The nurses and staff were efficient , caring and answered any questions I had. Would recommend ?❤️

I did not wait long at all. Medical Assistants and XRay techs were very pleasant. Dr Capito came in and was very friendly and gave me his recommendations on treatment. I did not feel rushed and I felt he was very genuine. He gave me time to ask question in which he answered thoroughly.

Dr. Capito repaired my left rotator cuff 5 years ago which had extensive damage. All good. Now I’m possibly going to need the right one repaired. I was very pleased with his work which is why I specifically asked for him again.

This man Dr. Capito is a miracle worker❤️ He replaced my total shoulder and u promise you 4 weeks after the brace came off I was doing amazing! Sometimes I wonder if I really had surgery? The physical therapy is rough sometimes but it’s really been smooth sailing! Oh and my scar is darn near invisible ❤️❤️ He is a “10+” in my books❤️❤️❤️

The reviews were excellent but my experience was not. I went to get a second opinion on my shoulder surgery as I was still having discomfort. He was dismissive pointing out the X-rays looked good, the surgeon that performed the surgery was in his practice, so now I'm seeking an opinion outside of this orthopedic group.

Probably the most efficient and on time medical team I have ever been to. In on time, x-rays, doctor consultation all in 30 minutes. Dr. Capito made it super easy for a second visit by putting in referrals if my elbow doesn’t continue to self-heal. Will definitely be using this team for future orthopedic needs!
