Erica hosted my mom’s meetup, and it was an AMAZING experience. I felt so rejuvenated after we smashed the bottles, and felt like a part of my PPD journey started to heal. I cannot thank her enough, for sharing her why, hosting, and allowing such a safe space to be so amazing! If you’re looking for a break room in Colorado, this is THE one.

What an amazing experience. I went to this place for a mom group. The owners “why” and whole idea of her building is incredible. The space is therapeutic and helped me release a bunch of pent up feelings even I didn’t know I have. You can work out, rage and throw some bottles, and even relax in the calming room. Please check this place out!!!

Wow, what a cool place created by an awesome human!! I just attended a “break sh!t & chill” networking event at e.motion and it was such a unique and meaningful experience. This is nervous system regulation on a whole other level!! Can’t wait to bring my spouse for a date night and get my ladies group here too. Thank you Erica!!

This place is incredible! They advertise the “experience”, but it’s wayyy more than that! I’ve done a birthday party here with breaking bottles and working out, I’ve gone to the boot camp, other classes and events. I’ve even rented the space to host a baby shower! I couldn’t have more positive things to say about e.motion and Erica herself. I would say Erica is THE EXPERIENCE everyone needs to check this place out!

Phenomenonal! Amazing! Mind blowing! Top Notch! Effing just fantastic all around! Okay! First of all… sorry Erica it has taken me this long to review! That shows how much of a space cadet I am and all over the place as a host! Anyway, I booked this venue for my daughters sweet 16 and it was absolutely mind blowing of a space! From the amazing customer service and flexibility to f my girl Erica… and e.motion it was the most memorable experience! It was a mini night club! super affordable for a single mama doing everything to make my girls fell special! Would highly recommend a million times over!
