Der eine Stern ist schon zu viel. Grottenschlechter Kunden"service" und unfassbar freches Personal. Letztendlich kein Auto gehabt, mitten im nirgendwo stehen gelassen und bisher weder eine Entschuldigung noch Geld zurück. Einfach nein.

I just wanted to drop you a quick email to thank you for the really good service I got from your team in Newcastle.

I followed the clear instructions, your driver was there in no time to pick me up, you provided the very car I ordered and Craig was chatty, efficient and very helpful and the car was spotlessly clean.

On the return, the car was dehired quickly and with no fuss, I was also taken back to the airport and was dropped off right at the door to go into departures, I really can’t argue with that.

I’ll definitely be using you again whenever and wherever I need a rental car.

Rented a car for 6 days. Delivery went very smooth. Upon return the employee tried to accuse us of a new scratch and dent. Luckily we made photos and video at delivery, that showed the dent was already there. The scratch appeared to be dirt that was easily moved away with a cloth. Not very pleasant experience, these kind of accusations. Be warned and aware.

Ho noleggiato e pagato un van tramite carjet indicando un orario di arrivo che poi ho comunicato sia a carjet che a green motion (telefono) cambiato;
Il giorno dell’arrivo a Newcastle chiamo per la navetta ma mi comunicano che il veicolo non era più disponibile e che loro non sarebbero usciti perché eravamo in ritardo!! Scaricano la colpa su carjet!
Adesso sono in attesa di comunicazione da parte di entrambi! Rivoglio la mia quota, anticipata/saldata a gennaio 2024!
Di fatto ad oggi per me siete dei ladri-truffatori! Comportamento inaccettabile;
Non consiglio assolutamente di noleggiare con questa compagnia!

WORSE CAR HIRE COMPANY- Happy to leave people stranded and not deal with a breakdown. DONT GET A CAR FROM THEM.

The supervisor Steven was a joke lied through his teeth. Then constant calls as they organized the recovery of the vehicle but put myself down as a contact and kept ringing to ask where the car was even though i had no idea as i wasnt involved in the recovery.

Please stay clear as a Franchise of EASY RENT

I have used Green Motion many times (Bristol branch) and always had superb service.

This time I rented from Newcastle.

Once I had completed the remote check in process, I got a call saying that I could not have the car as I have 3 points on my license.

I was then told that the T&Cs state that if you have any endorsements on your license you have to ring the renting branch.

I’m posting this to warn others to check the T&Cs carefully as they have refused to refund the amount I had paid at booking.

I have politely suggested they add a checkbox or statement when booking asking if your license is clean.

Fair play to the local agent, he phoned and apologised immediately after I had gone through pre-registration, it was the central team who informed my of the no refund policy.

UPDATE**

The branch manager, Craig, called first thing Monday and apologised for the confusion and confirmed that the insurers will insure people with an SP30 endorsement.

Craig has resolved my situation satisfactorily and I can now hire again.
