At the start of this year, I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder. The NHS physio told me I would have no relief with physio and my only route was hydrodilation or steroid injections. Both would be painful and also may not work. So I decided a second opinion would be a good idea. After seeing Mark for just 5 sessions, my pain has completely gone and my range of movement is massively improved. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He is a lovely man who explains everything and makes you feel very comfortable.

I developed severe pain in my achillies to the point it had stopped me doing all physical activities that I had previously loved , mountaineering , bikepacking , endurance racing and even yoga. I went along and was seen by hannah and told i had achilles tendinopathy and it could be cured through shock therpy course and specific exercises , I was skeptical as it was so painful and disabling but I had no choice but to give it a try. The treatment was incredible painful and for a reason , its designed to cause internal trauma so the body will repair it. I remained skeptical but as the weeks went on I began to see an improvement until now only 8 weeks later I am pain free and my achilles feels so strong that I am in need of exercising the other achilles which now feels weak in comparison. The treatment and exercises Hannah gave me really work and I cannot recommend them enough it was well worth the pain and money, I'm now back to doing endurance bikepacking and yoga with a renewed spring in my step. Thank you Hannah you really are a foot angel 😇

When both my feet developed bunion joints, I feared that my long distance walks would soon need to be short distance walks. I went to see Peter Colhoun and he gave me excellent advice about the profiles of walking boots and training shoes. As soon as I got a new pair of boots, the problem was solved. A few days ago I walked over 20 miles with a total climb of 5000 feet.
