I am so happy and pleased we found Michele and In Motion Physical therapy 18 months ago. My dog was hit by a car in July 2020 and had extensive surgery. He didn’t enjoy pt at home or at the therapist in Grapevine. We started him with Michele in 2021 as he wasn’t using or putting any weight on a rear limb (he had had the hip joint removed) and his knee had become very stiff. Now he will put weight on the limb and run in the yard and use it to stabilize himself when chasing rabbits or wrestling with his sister. Working with Michele once a week to strengthen his limbs, and glutes, stretch his range of motion, and relax during his massage and laser therapy is the highlight of his week. Patches absolutely adores Michele and loves going to therapy. Her patience and knowledge and ability to read what he needs during a session is amazing. His vets and his surgeon are very pleased with his progress and surprised that he has done so well and they haven’t had to remove the leg after all. Patches would go daily if Michele would have him.

Additionally, I went and had a couple sessions with the laser and stretching after I had developed a stiff neck and was walking incorrectly due to the loss of eyesight. Michele was very patient with me and showed me how to stretch for stabilization and strengthen my core. It certainly made a difference. I never thought I would be able to bridge my back at 81.

MIchele is simply the best. She does all of the treatments herself, there are no aides or other assistants to whom she passes patients. There's no time-wasting activities here, you will not be riding an exercise bike for 10 minutes to fill time on your treatment slot. Michele is great for both humans and canines! Michele's brother David is a massage therapist who also works for the practice; he's first-rate as well. My dogs love them both and have gotten as much benefit from them as have I. After being treated by Michele and David, I would never go anywhere else!

I've worked with both Michelle and Joan and they are both highly competent as well as attentive, compassionate and committed. They LISTEN and they go over every detail with me before jumping into a treatment plan. They spend the time and do it right. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate the help their treatments have given to me over the years. Joan and Michelle have truly showed me a better quality of life.

This is the best place in Dallas for physical therapy and massage! They serve animals and humans!!! Michele is so kind and so compassionate with animals and humans doing superb physical therapy. I have been going to “In Motion” for about 3 years. I had horrible left hip and lower back pain. Feel so much better and healthy after seeing David. I give David applause for being so compassionate and beyond superb with his skills!!!!!I Hats off to an excellent place of business!

Family owned clinics are always the best for personal care but are getting harder to find. In-Motion is one of those rare gems. Michele Ward treats the patient, not the symptom. Besides humans, she is now certified to work with canine and equine patients! How awesome and talented is that?! As an acupuncturist and martial artist I can vouch first hand for their experience and expertise in getting to the root cause of injuries!
