I just want to say that I will never forget Jackie M’s. When it was just the little yellow restaurant with no additions and murals. I found them on google back in 2017 when I had just moved here and was looking for a good Philly cheesesteak. Back then you could eat inside and there was a small crew of employees here that made me feel like family. They remembered me on a first name basis, my son and the owner’s son/grandson would play and treated me so nice. I told everyone I knew about this restaurant because everything they make is delicious! I’m so happy for the expansion of business and even though I no longer reside in Augusta, I’ll always visit if I’m in the area. Give them a try! Absolutely amazing food and even better people!

So my sister has been raving about this place for awhile now and so we came and I'm happy we did. We got the buffalo lemon pepper wings with soukd rolls blue kool-aid with fries. Well my sister was right. Everything was so amazing and flavorful. I love that blue kool-aid its awesome. And their own blue cheese is so creamy and just perfect. The gentleman at the register was very sweet and patient. I think it's awesome that they give military discount. I love the paintings on the walls all around the outside of great singers. Definitely coming back and you should too.

Still love this place. Great service, and I love the ambiance they have. The food is still flavorful and fresh every time we come here. If you haven't been here well, then you need to come out here fast. You will not regret it. It is an awesome, hidden Georgia gem.

While traveling to Augusta, this place was recommended to us and I am so thankful that it was. I ordered the original cheesesteak with fries and the peach kool-aid. It was absolutely phenomenal. Especially if you’re hungry, you can load up to a pound of meat on your sandwich! The food all tasted extremely fresh and was seasoned well. The kool aid was also a sweet delicious drink to go along with it and was a great recommendation from the staff. They were all so kind and had great recommendations based on the things I like.

Last First

This was by far the worst experience ever . They took 40 mins on my call in order after I got there. Then when I get my meal the sandwich has half the amount it normally does to the point there's twice the amount of bread.(Don't even have enough meat to cover the bread Can't say I'll be recommending anyone else to this place.

Our party ordered 14 plates, and I must commend them for their exceptional service. The food arrived on time and was still hot and fresh, despite the large order. If you plan on indulging in their delectable offerings, I highly recommend calling ahead the day before, especially for bigger orders.

Now, let's talk about the food itself, which was nothing short of outstanding. The original philly cheese stole the show for me. The soft bread, perfectly melted cheese, and the expertly grilled onions and steak made every mouthful a delight. The fries were a pleasant surprise, reminiscent of the famous oyster bar in town that I adore.

However, the true stars of the show were the jerk soul rolls and buffalo chicken soul rolls. These delightful creations were unlike anything I've tasted in the area before. Bursting with unique flavors and perfectly cooked, they left a lasting impression on all of us.

For those who love variety, I recommend trying a little bit of everything. You can expect to spend around $20, and trust me, it's worth every penny.

Oh, and let's not forget about the drinks! The blue raspberry and mixed koolaids were the perfect accompaniments to the meal, complementing the flavors in the most refreshing way.

The attention to detail here is exceptional. They packed our large order in boxes with heat blankets, ensuring that the food remained warm throughout our journey back to the office. It's the small touches like these that make all the difference.

Moreover, the staff made me feel like a valued and cherished customer, despite it being my first visit. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel like I'd been a regular for years.

Lastly, a quick note about the sodas: they come in can drinks, so if you prefer that over fountain drinks, you're in for a treat.

Let’s be real, this is a walk up not fast food joint. The music is kickin the sandwich’s are amazing and the desserts will make you smack yo mama. If your in the area and looking for something that will make your tongue slap this is a must. You won’t regret it!

Great local mom and pop shop. Very convenient for this who work on Fort Gordon as well. Very small establishment where you can order ahead of time or at the window. They will call you up once your order is ready, no sit down. If you decide to wait in the car, just have your window cracked and music down, they will call you up over a speaker to let you know it’s done. Also keep in mind, that means no restroom. Now for the important part, the food. We had the the Philly original and added mushrooms because we like mushrooms. It was very flavorful and full of meat, and just the right amount of cheese to get the pulled cheese effect required for a Philly. We had the super gut buster which can easily feed two people. The fries were fresh and seasoned to perfection. I love fries so I can literally order them all by themselves and be happy. We also had the soul rolls, with buffalo chicken. They do not skimp on meat, so worth it. The soft drinks are canned drinks, but don’t really drink soda anyways but figured I’d inform you. Next time I come I’ll probably try the wings.

THE BAD: No dine-in option. Drinks are very sweet.
THE GOOD: Philly cheesesteaks we're juicy & flavorful. The meat was tender & dripping with cheese; it was a well done classic. The red velvet cheesecake was frozen, so it was a nice juxtaposition for a hot Augusta day. Loved the feel of the place & the genuineness in the service.
