Dr. Leary was very patient and attentive with my daughter during each visit and her surgery. Both he and his staff were great at explaining what to expect and what we needed to do pre & post op. Although my baby girl was SUPER NERVOUS, and I’m sure made them work hard, Dr. Leary, his office staff, and the staff at the NW Surgery Center did an awesome job!

My experience with Dr. Leary was unpleasant. Initially, he extracted ear wax and followed up a month later. The follow-up cost was twice the initial visit's cost. During the two-minute follow-up, he used a straw-like utensil (instrument) to examine my nostril. His equipment seemed outdated, though his documentation suggested a pompous process. Insurance didn't cover most of the bills, leaving me with a substantial amount. I contacted Dr. Leary for a cost review but received no response. How they write on paper will tell you how big your cost will be

I highly recommend Dr. Leary for any ENT related issues. For myself, he removed a cyst from my neck and fixed my deviated septum. The cyst removal was done in office and the septoplasty surgery for my nose went smoothly. It feels great to be able to breathe so fully now.

Seeing Dr. Leary was quite a disappointment. He did a cursory exam (looked in my throat with a pen light), failed to immediately identify the cause of my symptom and just gave up and quit there. He didn't offer to use a scope to get a better look and just offered some generic advice to gargle. When I said that wasn't working, he still offered nothing. He didn't even seem to care at all that I was clearly dissatisfied with his lack of effort or helpful advice. He seemed like he was just didn't feel like bothering to work that day. I had to wait months for this appointment and it was a huge disappointment.

Update: I went back to see Dr. Leary for an endoscopy and had a better experience. He was more thorough and attentive than at the last visit. He was able to identify the cause of the symptom using a scope and make a useful recommendation, which gave me much greater peace of mind. I guess he was having a bad day last time or something. I appreciate the improved experience, though I wish I did not have to pay for another office visit to get it.
