I am a black woman and Dr Loebl did not pass the woman up because of that. She is not hardly racist and she and her staff have been nothing but SUPER nice. Everyone has circumstances that may require immediate attention. Do not blame the woman for speaking up and giving the...I have to get to a funeral or I am about to have a nervous breakdown if I'm not seen act...LOL. YES the wait can be long...but sometime you must have patience for the best. She takes her time with her patients as others have said.

I had an appointment with Dr Lobel at 1:30 I arrived at 1:17, patiently waiting to be seen. At 3:00 a patient that arrived after me who's appt was at 2:30 went to the window inquiring about the wait. She was then taken ahead of me while I sat. I asked why was she taken in before me and the receptionist replied, "I know it's wrong but my hands are tied".I am a black woman the person who was taken ahead of me was of course white. I left..This place is not for us...spend your money elsewhere. Very disappointing experience, poor business skill and unprofessional service on the front desk.

She is the best dermatologist in Augusta!! She found skin cancer for me that saved my life. She is an angel. She not only has experience but she has a heart that you just don’t see very often in the medical field.

Used her for years. Very sweet lady. My parents even use her and I'd recommend her to anyone. She is very informed on dermatology and meds out to treat issues. Yes you may have to wait a lil from time to time. But she shows all her patients the same attention.
