Ordered a pro trigger kit for my Savage Axis .270. Started out with 6.5 to 7lbs trigger pull. Installed the 2.5lb spring and the shims from the kit ended up with 4.5lbs trigger consistently and the slop was taken out of the trigger. I did end up putting in the 1.5lb spring and ended up with a nice consistent 3.5lb trigger pull. Very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase other products from them.

Still no phone call returned, did get a email on 1-2-25 (ordered 12-11-24) telling me that there was an issue but that issue was addressed on 12-16-24 and I was told it would be mailed that day. See how the businesses of today are POS. Dont buy from these guys they only care about getting payment and then its to hell with the customer, that was the basic attitude I got from a guy that calls himself "Fox", this was today after they finally answered the phone, what a load of BS. I know shit happens and all you have to do is communicate with the customer even if you dropped the ball, as they did here. Communicate is all you had to do. Never will I recommend this business, just buy new or from somewhere else or not at all would be better than buying from these guys. American companies are just as bad as foreign companies, its a shame.

Original: Its been 18 days since I placed an order and still have NOT received it. Top it off these guys wont even return my calls. I would find another source for accessories before I buy from these buys EVER again!

I purchased a trigger spring from them. The pins were different on my gun than the one on their installation video. I called for customer support at least ten times, but no one answered. I left a voicemail, no one returned my call. I emailed them per the instructions on their voicemail, but my email has not been opened yet, and no response to the email. If you have any issues with your purchase, they will not help resolve the problem. Terrible Customer Service!! I have bought my last item from M-Carbo!

Great products made with love, you can tell! keep up the great work! veteran owned as well! Definitely recommend you buy the stuff you need from them! Order was placed on August 19. Missing parts and broken jig. Replacement parts did not arrive until November 2nd. I had left a voicemail and did not receive any response whatsoever until October 28. This was a birthday gift and now I just look like an incompetent asshole to my nephew. Thanks for that I guess. Good job.
