I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a pre-owned 2021 Traverse from Motion Chevrolet. My experience was nothing short of exceptional, thanks in large part to my outstanding salesman, Tom Madsen.

From the moment I stepped onto the lot, Tom's professionalism and dedication were evident. He listened attentively to my needs and preferences, guiding me through the entire process with patience and expertise. Tom's transparency regarding pricing was refreshing, and he worked tirelessly to secure me the best possible deal on my pre-owned Traverse.

What truly sets Tom apart is his willingness to go above and beyond. He took the time to answer all my questions, ensuring I was fully informed throughout the process, and even personally attached the roof rails on my old Traverse onto the newly purchased one. His genuine enthusiasm for his work and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident in every interaction.

Tom and Kevin are amazing guys. I was literally stranded without a car after breaking down on route 80. They were sympathetic to me and my budget. They had me in a car the very next day and made the experience fun and painless. Thank you guys. I love my Trax.

It looks like most service reviews are terrible and I can attest to that. Went in for a leaking water pump which was under warranty. The shop inspected the car for other issues then the service manager Matt came out and told me that the also thermostat was leaking and I agreed to fix. The other items I disagreed because I knew they were not leaking. After I paid and left, I checked the bill and saw they charged me $500 for the thermostat labor alone. Remove 2 bolts and disconnect a hose in front of the engine $500? He never told me that before the job. After wondering, I believed that the thermostat was not leaking because it didn't loose any antifreeze. Be careful servicing the car there, don't go along with all the extras.

I recently had a great experience at Motion Chevrolet in Mt. Olive. My salesperson "Baseball Bob" was professional, not pushy, entertaining, and really looked out for my best interest and deal. He and the team made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Once I selected my car, I was driving it off the lot within an hour. Very efficient team and highly recommended!

Extremely friendly, helpful, courteous service. Parts department is exceptional, willing to research and order just about any part they can for you, large or small, with no bother. Willing to assist “do it yourself-ers” with repairs and advice.

Had a tech do my serpentine belt (emergency repair. Couldn't make it home.)

Anyway. They said i needed a clutch and it would cost $3000.

I put 4000 miles on the clutch since but decided to pull it anyway. The pictures show how much material was left on the old clutch.

Saved 2700 buying my own parts and doing this. Thankfully I'm a mechanic.

Always get a second opinion. I understand wanting to make money. But this is ridiculous

Chris was very friendly and very good on every part of the sale process.
He took the time to explain the vehicle features very well.
Kevin made the paperwork part very smooth and easy.
Rob also stepped in when needed.
The gentlemen who set up the app was also very good. Overall a great experience, I will recommend Motion Chevrolet when I hear of someone looking for a vehicle.
