Was very flexible in rearranging appointment which was very appreciated. Session was pleasant, MUA and hairstylist were lovely, photos turned out great. Deposit was refunded, photos purchased, overall was a good experience!

Very unprofessional company, quick to sell their goods & take all money upfront but slacking in their service & delivery. It took just over two and a half months to receive the album and the canvas and this was as a result of me chasing the manager - Peter constantly. Peter is not a communicator & disorganised and I wonder how he is the manager. If I had not chased them they wouldn’t have bothered sending the items I purchased. Extremely disappointed with their service. I requested compensation and sent several emails to Peter but it has fallen on deaf ears as per usual. Do not recommend this company at all!

I’ve been ignored ever since I requested my refund. Please trust the reviews. Peter is not a considerate person. Due to wanting to support this company, I missed out on having a maternity shoot with my first baby. They ignored my calls for three months with a full voicemail box. They ignored emails too. I ended up getting an ‘appointment’ the week I was due. This is something I always dreamed of and it was ruined without a care in the world.

I purchased the shoot at the baby show and I’m genuinely surprised they allowed a fraud to steal from mothers at such a special time. £100 wasted with nothing to show for it. He even tried to trick me into using a link to pay an extra deposit. Luckily my partner was diligent enough to stop me from investing further.

What this company is doing is unforgivable and I really hope the end of this scam is close. Exploiting vulnerable parents at such a crucial time is simply disgusting

They want a £50pp deposit, thought groupon said £30pp

I told them that the booking was for a baby shoot. But they still set 1hour makeup time, so we were sitting there doing nothing for 1 hour in the basic waiting room with just a sofa.

The only good photo had bad lighting, wasn't even worth getting.

Each picture you want is £50 no matter how small the print or the low quality.

Took 2 weeks to get my deposit back. Only got it back sooner than other reviews because I expressed my frustration and called over 50 times. Note to all, they rarely pick up the phone.

Also, they say they can only do Monday morning for deposit refunds. That's a lie, if you bug them enough they can do it straight away. I got mine Tuesday afternoon.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Rude, dismissive and incompetent staff with no regard for customer service or their own terms and conditions.

I wanted to book my mum a cute photoshoot for her birthday so I found a Wowcher voucher and booked. That same evening, however, we suffered a death in the family so understandably my mum wasn't up for it so I called less than 24 hours after making the booking to cancel and get a refund on my £100 deposit.

At first I spoke to a guy called Carlos, who refused the refund saying that I could only reschedule, completely dismissing a) the fact that my family was going through a tough time and b) the 7-day cooling off period in the terms and conditions (screenshot attached). Naturally I was frustrated at this but when trying to get my point across, Carlos hung up the phone on me then proceeded to ignore my calls when I tried to ring back.

I eventually got through to a guy called Pete who claimed to be the manager and advised I reschedule my appointment so we have time to figure something out - so I did. I called up again a few days later (still within my 7-day cooling off period) to follow up on my request to cancel and get a refund but this was again denied. Instead Carlos kept mentioning that I had paid a refundable deposit so was not liable for a refund so I should reschedule instead. When I noted that I was within my 7-day cooling off period AND that he was suggesting my deposit was actually NON-refundable or Redeemable towards digital prints he suddenly said I can be refunded, he'll just need to check with the manager and I should call back the following Monday as that's when they do refunds. I noted that this would put me outside the 7-day period to which he said "no worries darling, I made a note on your file".

I followed the advice and called back the following Monday and got through to Pete who said I couldn't cancel or refund as I was now outside the cooling off period. I flagged that Carlos said that I can be refunded and there would be a note on my file to which he said he'll listen through the phone recordings, investigate and get back to me. Days later, I hear nothing and when I tried to call there's no answer.

I've now just come off the phone with Pete who said, there's no note on my file and he has no intention to investigate the matter like he said he would as it'll take too long. The only way I can get my money back is if I attend the appointment, despite me telling him the person I've booked for no longer wants to attend, as I've been trying to note for weeks, or go to my bank. He continued to speak over me and when I tried to ask a question to gain clarity on the situation, he hung up the phone on me. Twice. He then said that this is all a waste of time and "If you want your money back, go get it yourself".

Altogether an absolutely terrible experience from both Carlos and Pete, when all I wanted to do is arrange a nice surprise for my mums birthday. I would highly recommend anyone steering clear of this studio. They have no respect, sense of customer service and they don't understand the meaning of a refundable deposit.

The experience of the photoshoot was decent but if you go here, please do not order a canvas photo or anything that will be delivered to your house from their studio.
I had my photo shoot session with them in September and I am still chasing them to today, in December, for a canvas photo. Every Time I contact them about my canvas being delivered, they say that they will get back to me and they say that they will contact productions to have a look and see if my canvas is available but they never follow through.

Purchased 2 vouchers at the Olympia baby show for £60 and was told that's all I needed to pay. Was sold on a luxury photoshoot experience which includes hand massage, mini facial, glass of bubbly, hair and makeup and 2 digital photos per person.

When I called to book I was told it's a photo session and not a spa and they won't have any of the extras I was sold on. Also you have to pay £100 refundable deposit, but they'll do £50 for me. I told them I have a young baby and I want to book for Saturday. Come Saturday I turn up at the photo studio and there's bailiff notices hung in the door and the shutter down. No one answers the phone and theneighbour said they moved to Euston Road. I spent 2 hours driving around with my baby looking for their new address and there's nothing.
Be very wary and don't give these people any money.

In November 2023, I had my maternity photoshoot, which was over a year ago and I still haven’t received any of the photos. At the time of booking, I paid a £50 deposit with the understanding that it was refundable, I have not received this refund either. I have reached out multiple times, but despite the wait and attempts to follow up, I am left without any images or reimbursement for the deposit I paid.
