I had a great experience here with Motion PT! I was diagnosed with Scoliosis as a preteen and suffer chronic pain because of it. I managed on my own until I started having random (& painful!) back spasms end of last year.

I was treated by the doctor Jonathan who I ended up working with for almost a year!

He was great in terms of personality/bedside manner as well as being knowledgeable and professional.

He helped me with strength training in my back.

This was the first time I achieved positive and noticeable results in my pain levels from doing physical therapy. I was so grateful and impressed.

So much so I went back to work on my knees for a separate issue because I trusted his ability to actually help ease my pain.

I think anyone would get great care with his guidance!

Recently I came away feeling a lot stronger with the treatment I received for hip pain. The exercises were targeted for increased mobility and strength. I am now able to climb stairs and walk longer distances without pain or residual impact.

My initial visit to Motion Sports Medicine-Lefferts Gardens was assessed by Sherrie who was professional and thorough. My follow up visits were done by Randy and on a few occasions he was assisted by Steve. Their approach to my therapy was less painful than I anticipated. They have been working with me to get my left knee strong after total knee replacement surgery. They are always patient with me and listen to my concerns. They are also teaching me the proper way to use the machines (bike, leg press). Every visit I am greeted pleasantly by a staff member named Max. I highly recommend Motion Sports Medicine-Lefferts Gardens to anyone seeking physical therapy.
