I’ve been a patient here since July 2023, under the care of Donald J Pagnotta, the Clinical Director and Lead Therapist. With over two decades of experience as a Physical Therapist, starting as an assistant before becoming a therapist in 1998, his expertise shines through. Don has been an integral part of Motion for the past 16 years, demonstrating a genuine passion for his work. What sets this clinic apart is its collaborative approach; every team member ensures your comfort and progress with personalized exercises. Additionally, the thoughtful inclusion of about 10-15 minutes of massage at the end of each session adds an extra layer of care that I truly appreciate.

I feel very comfortable in their procedures of trying to get my arm back to functioning again and everybody there goes out of their way to make sure that your time is well spent and the care that is given is amazing. I know my family has also had their kids there and they said they are amazing and they’re very serious and they go out of their way no matter what is going on. They’re always there for anyone of us.

I have been coming here post knee replacement surgery. Don my PT is kind and caring and an excellent physical therapist. The support staff, specifically Callie and Dylan are very helpful. The front desk staff are efficient and it’s easy to schedule appointments.
My only gripe is the size of the facility. I wish it was larger and have windows so we could have natural light.

Motion RVC has been a great resource for handling my recent injury. Don has been a patient and knowledgeable therapist cautiously aiding me through exercise and massage therapy on my way to recovery. Don and staff have been fantastic. I have had neck pain for months and have been to several doctors with no positive results. Motion has helped me reduce my pain. The facility is managed very well and all of the staff is helpful and kind. Don has been so wonderful at listening to my concerns and has made very positive suggestions that have helped me. His massage techniques target my pain and give me relief. He continually asks what my pain level is while working on me to make sure that it’s not causing me discomfort. I am so grateful to Don and the staff at Motion and look forward to being pain free soon.
