I just started occupational therapy at this place. It’s my first time receiving this service. I can honestly say that I think they are great over here. The service is amazing! The staff from the ladies at the front desk to the therapist are all pleasant. My occupational therapist is very good, friendly and helpful. I can tell the difference between when I first came there and now.

This clinic has a serious lack of transparency when it comes to billing, which led to countless issues and frustrations. I was blindsided with over $2,000 in unexpected charges—fees I had absolutely no prior knowledge of. At no point did they communicate what would or wouldn’t be covered, nor did they explain the costs upfront. When I finally reviewed the bill, I was shocked to see that the physical therapists had billed for codes that didn’t even make sense or align with the services I actually received. There was zero communication about these charges, and trying to get answers afterward was just as frustrating. Beware if you’re considering this place—make sure you demand a full breakdown of costs before committing to treatment.

Staff are very friendly and helpful, but the place doesn't really do 1:1, in the 6 sessions I've gone to, I have been seen by 4 different staff. Understand the issues with scheduling, but even when I had scheduled my appointments with a specific PT, I was seen by another. On top of that the amount this place has billed to my insurance is outrageous. My sessions have been 30 minutes each, and the amount that was billed to my insurance was $725 each time for each of 30 min sessions. Insanely outrageous cost even for PT in this area.

UPDATE*** - still trying to resolve this issue with billing. I received a call to explain why a specific code was charged double the amount, and was informed of time log by PT for my sessions which I was specifically informed I was logged 21 minutes, as I was given examples for specific sessions. Then after this, I was told that this code ($295) is charged for 8-22 minutes of session, and once it goes past 22 minutes, it will be charged DOUBLE. Then when I asked why I'm being charged double, I was then told my minute logs for the sessions were at 23 minutes - hence $590. Complete change of story on the time log of minutes. When I had called this out, I was told that this was never discussed, even though it was a minute ago.
This is absolutely PREDATORY, not just from billing standpoint but the inaccuracy of the time log. Apart from the initial visit, none of my sessions went beyond 30 minutes total (I check when I start and when I leave) and now I'm being told my sessions have all been 40+ minutes and that's the reason for charge. This is incredibly predatory for your patients and should say a lot to the fact that all the time log shows just at 23 minutes, at the exact mark when it DOUBLES.

Dr. Chung is an excellent therapist, the rest of the staff are friendly and helpful, the facility is clean and well-kept, it's easy to make appointments, convenient to get in touch via phone or email, and they are always on time. I happily recommend Motion Sports Medicine!

The front desk ladies are very professional nice caring and the therapist team are amazing each and every one of the theripist are very thorough and I feel a huge difference when I’m in session I leave feeling great my area of therapy feels better I can take on the day !

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, but the place is a bit of a PT Mill. You will be treated at the same time as at least two other patients even on your first visit when 1:1 time is most important. The staff do a decent job, but I have had much better experiences elsewhere. My first visit was particularly egregious when my diagnosis came from a PT-in-training who clearly didn't know what was wrong with me. The supervising PT had to step-in while juggling 3 other patients. My insurance was billed the full amount for both visits ($500+ for ~45 minutes each), of which I had to pay a substantial amount out of pocket. I will not be returning.
