I called to make an appointment with this facility for rehab 3 weeks ago and gave them my insurance information. They called me back and claimed there was an issue with my insurance and was supposedly looking into it to find out about my benefits and copayment. I called again to get an update after not hearing from them and to this day I still haven’t received a response. I will NOT recommend anyone I know to this facility and they have the nerve to send me a survey! I hope they’re not billing my insurance company for services NOT rendered! I plan on calling my insurance company to find out!

I recommend IVY REHAB in Lynbrook! They’re great!!!

Muhammad was patient and showed me some great mobility stretches and moves. I've cross trained for many years..so appreciated the unique moves. I've used Motion last year for fractures in both foot. Very pleased with the expertise of the therapists
