Appointment for 11:30 am. Load wasnt ready i was told by wearhouse manager it would be ready by 6pm. Its now 8:30pm still no dock door and the workers are telling me the load is waiting approval by manufacturing and still isnt ready. 105 degrees outside. And no driver bathroom "company policy". Inhumane driver conditions at this facility. Avoid if possible. Zero stars. Wont be making the set delivery time. If i knew who talk to, id have this place shut down until they make proper changes.

Edit: currently 10pm. Went inside to ask about the load im picking up and was assigned to door 1. I asked if the load was ready and they're still working on 5 pallets.
Edit 2: 12 hours of sitting empty, finally getting loaded. 1 pallet every 15 minutes. We got several workers standing around the dock. One appears to be snacking and not working.
Edit 3: loaded up and leaving. slow unprofessional dock workers. Eating on the job, workers on their phones... This place needs change.

Wonderful place ! I was 45 min late cause of traffic and hwy close ! But they loaded me in about 30 min ! Nice employees ! Light loads ! Overnight parking allowed depends on how busy they are if you are not blocking anything

Truck GPS may route you to the wrong address. Use google maps for last mile. Paper rolls go to the back side, unloading starts at 6am. May park overnight, but please keep it clean so we can continue to do this! There is plenty of room. Only 3 docks for paper: 12, 11, 10. (Subject to change) Driver door is locked, and it takes a while to get someone to answer. Not many who speak English so get a translator on the phone or open google translate. Exit to the left.
