NuMotion is the worst! They mess up my chair every time.. The office staff lies and blame issues on other people. I welcome any one to listen to the phone calls. They tighten my brakes so much I couldn’t use them.. they still won’t replace them. I got replacement foot rests, but they are so long it makes the front wheels of my chair unable to turn. They won’t fix that. I tried to get a solid seat pan and they gave me some x shaped thing with seat risers that blocked my under seat break locks.. when I asked him to fix it, the manager argued with me.. I had to put an email in to HQ for him to change his tune. Then they took over 6months to replace my seat cushion, just to get a rock.. the tech said he never felt one so stiff.. but again the manager said it was fine.. I didn’t accept it because I knew I couldn’t get another for 5+ yrs, and instead of fixing it they canceled the order. I not only have a wheelchair as my main mode of transportation, but I also have Osteogenesis Imperfecta (brittle bones) and a spinal fusion from T2 through L4 (whole back). This makes my chair very important for not only my mobility, but it physically hurts me to have it this way, still messed up.

My advice, don’t work with NuMotion. They don’t care about their patients, you are just a paycheck to them. I have been a wheelchair user my whole life and this is the only company to suck this badly.

Getting anything done through this office is the worst! Excuses for hung up calls, wrongly transferred calls, unanswered calls/emails etc. or maybe it’s just my experience working with Ola Dedrick. My teenage daughter is only trying to navigate high school, serious health issues but still trying to be somewhat normal teenage life. Didn’t know sending me a copy via email or responding to my phone call was too much to handle ?‍♀️

The 1st time I was given a medical order for a power wheelchair, my Dr's MA handled it and chose to send to Numotion. Everything went divinely. They came to my house, fitted me & I had the chair within one month of the order being forwarded by MA. $6,000 for item. My chair was stolen 8 months later. Numotion carried on about my copay $1,000) not being met. My contract says I have 1 year to pay but I could NOT make Maggie understand this and was denied any follow up help with a new order provided by same Doctor. I went with another local business that was a DISASTER. Cheaply made, I wasn't fit for scooter and guess what- the scooter didn't fit me! Height & weight totally out of range for what I was given. An 80 year old couple came out to deliver AND PUT TOGETHER! Scooter still in box. In less than one year the scooter has literally fallen apart so my Dr., God bless his heart! wrote a 3rd order. I tried Numotion again. Lied to constantly about who was in charge of my account, when I spoke with their billing dept. They gave me clearance to submit the latest order but I was the one who had to relay the ok back to Maggie. I learned the hard way that Maggie was DONE WITH ME after the delivery of 1st chair. Everyone that answered the phone has lied or acted strangely unknowledgeble for their job titles. So bewildered about how businesses conduct themselves these days. DON'T DO IT with this one

My husband's manual wheelchair started making loud noises and was scraping somehow. Called to find out when we could come in to have it looked at and they accommodated our schedule with no problem. We got there and Brandon came out and looked at it. Both wheels had gotten bent. Brandon took it to his workspace, replaced both wheels AND tightened all loose screws/bolts, and returned it to the lobby in less than 20 minutes. Very personable.

My daughter is a current costumer and I've never been this upset with their bad service/workflow.

Order to repair my daughter's wheelchair.
I believe they received the MD order around September 2021 and the first evaluation was around October and this has been the work flow since then.
10/06/21 – 12/15/21 – No follow up was done
12/15/21 – Sent authorization to her Insurance
12/29/21 – Insurance responded that there is No authorization needed
01/07/22 – I called for follow up
It will take 7 – 10 days to order the items needed for repairs
1/24/22 – the day of the repair, NuMotion called to notice us that the serial no. of the Wheelchair is different than what they have in their record. They failed to verify the wheelchair’s serial number on their first evaluation. They’re re-evaluating it again to order the right items.

The wheelchair's condition isn't very good anymore and we were forced to buy a Potato chair(with a sponsor) due to how it is not safe for her to use the wheelchair but my daughter goes to school weekly and have to use the wheelchair since the Potato Chair/scroller isn't compatible for the school bus.

I work with other DME company and they're on top with my referrals to them. It doesn't take 1 month for them to order or repair our patient's items. I wouldn't be upset if the items was for me but it is for my 8 years old daughter, my daughter's safety comes first than mine.

If this post a bothers you, I'm sorry but me and my wife are just really upset of how this turned out. We have been buying/repairing temporary stuff than can hold it longer.

I am a cash buyer, and have been paralyzed for a long time now. I know exactly what I need, and set everything up for a purchase because the company for the product I need, does not sell to the public.

I called the Vegas branch literally for a week! Every day trying to get someone to call me back, but no one did.

I am a cash buyer ready to spend a large sum of money on a new $6k wheelchair, and $1,500 custom seat cushion. With the Pandemic in full swing, you'd think they would want every penny they could get their hands on, and call me immediately.

After a week of no return calls after being told every day I called in someone would call me back because no one was available to speak to me right then. I found another company in a different state who actually wants my money.

If their service is this bad now, I can't tell you how happy I am i didn't spend so much money there.

You've been warned three times now if you've read all the reviews.

Perhaps because of COVID but controller/arm never been stable. The attendant controls for back of chair were never delivered/installed, cup holder was broken. Rep kept responding to my texts and calls saying he would deliver them. Two years later and I still don’t have them.

These guys are helping with a new manual chair. It has taken months, but admittedly, my insurance and doctors are a huge part of the problem. That part may deserve 3-4 stars, but today they deserve 6 stars.

Just before dropping off a demo chair, the seat back bracket on my daily driver broke (Jay 3). There is no way these guys should have had the part, but they did. Terry put the part on in 2 minutes and I was out the door and back on the road. Tee price was awesome as well.

Eric is very knowledgeable in regard to seat position and equipment available. They took plenty of time to answer all of my questions.
