This company makes you pay if you need assistance out on the road and are behind on parcels and are extremely unhelpful in general. These guys incorrectly paid me more than once and administration dont even pick up the phone to answer you. They make you pay a non refundable £50 deposit for a background check, don’t work for this company they’re scammers it’s a mistake. They deserve 0 stars. No payment received for the last fortnight of working there.
These guys charged me for my own van getting broken into as well as police recovery (£200-300) while I was recovering from a near death experience. They don’t have proper insurance they use the lowest form so there is no protection for yourself. They don’t care about you all they care about is squeezing as much money and work from you as possible. They charge you extortionate prices (£5000) for minor repairs. They deduct fuel, insurance and other costs from your pay weekly so they lie when they advertise on indeed £200 per day; they advertised this but it turned out it was £170 with hidden fees. Don’t ever work for this company!!!
These guys won’t even help you if you’re sick while delivering but will demand you finish and threaten to deduct money.
This company doesn’t deserve to be running and needs to be shut down before other people get hurt.

If you have your van is ok to work for them. If you rent van from them like i was. You have to pay deposit for van, but don't expecting you have your deposit back!!! I left van without damage and my mates aswell. But no deposit back for anyone!!! They don't answer the phone and replying emails.

As reported by Guardian, they're scammers of high degree.
Drivers never get their full salary. They will be sent the fake bills for repairs as well.
Even if you return the vehicle in good condition.

?AVOID ? left this company in December 2019 worked a couple of months at the most working mostly 6 day weeks no pay in the first 5 weeks so have to pay for fuel etc yourself. Did not receive my last pay when I left as they said there was scratches on the van! So for 2 months worked I received all in all roughly £800. Fast forward 5 years I receive a letter from a debt company saying I owe £1900 when logging in on the debt company there is no supporting documentation reference these charges. No other letters etc in the five years that have passed. Having a laugh if they think I’m paying that will be taking them all the way! One motion as it seems are famous for this act! Do not be pulled in by this robbing company. They should really be ashamed.

So after some back and forth of me saying I wasn’t paid and sending proof of this they have taken the sum I apparently owe down to £960. £900 for not working my 30 days notice even though I have proof of not being paid so surely they have broken their side of the contract and by them bringing down the amount is proof that they know I was not paid so how can they justify charging someone that amount for leaving absolutely laughable. Straight onto a solicitor to get this squashed. Also emailed watchdog about this scam company. Sick of these kind of company’s trying to get away with stuff like this!

Avoid this company like the plague, they are nothing more than thieving scammers! Badly managed and poor pay for the work once they have made there deductions. They wont think twice about leaving you with nothing do not make the same mistake I made and never rent a van from them, I regret not doing a bit of research before taking a job with them as there are plenty of one motions previous victims who say the same thing I'm saying. Avoid One Motion or you will end up regretting it.
