I stumbled upon this company a few years back whilst looking for parts on eBay. One of my cars is getting on a bit in years and parts are not so easily obtained now the dealer network has gone. On numerous occasions I have found what I needed and at a good price. Delivery has always been free and always on time. Only on two occasions have I had to return and item , one due to transit damage and one due to a re-manufacturing fault and in both cases the returns process was handled efficiently and courteously. Returns postage was covered by this company and the refunds on both items was swiftly processed making the entire returns process stress free. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone who needs vehicle components and will continue to make them my first choice when I need vehicle components.

Awful customer service. Sent shocks instead of brakes, insinuated that they'd send the brakes with a return label however that quickly changed to insisting that i return the parts before receiving the correct ones. This made me unable to start my new job and when i pleaded on the phone for a solution including driving to the warehouse to make a swap i was constantly met with the phrase "i know its sad but..." and told basically that they wont refund or replace the parts until I've received the returns label and walked ro post it back (im disabled and have no car)

Just ordered a new battery for my Citroen C1. Expected delivery 2-3 days but it arrived in less that 18 hours! Super impressed to say the least, I would have given you 6* + for the service. Needless to say the battery was perfect and we all up and running again. Thanks guys much appreciated.

I'm extremely happy with parts in motion, always seem to have those little parts nobody else has, especially for my car. Even the main dacia dealer couldn't get something as simple an expansion tank or water pump but thankfully parts in motion had exactly what I needed so I wasn't stranded. Everything I've ever had from them has been excellent great quality febi parts with unrivalled customer service. Spoke to Harry in advance to make sure the parts matched for added peace of mind. As far as I'm concerned parts in motion is by far the best company for any car related needs. Thanks again for your excellent customer service and will definitely use again in the near future.

Ordered a thermostat on eBay for my car, it arrived very quickly. Unfortunately, the thermostat was defective, so I asked about a refund. They understood that I wouldn’t be able to return the defective thermostat as it was fitted to my car and I had no substitute, so they gave me a full refund.

Very good postage, part fit exactly as described (just had a fault), and the customer service was very helpful and quick to arrange a refund. Will likely be using them again for any other parts I need.

I have purchased parts from the Parts In Motion website and their Ebay store many times over the years and they are always great products at fantastic prices. Great variety of products and different manufacturers, with free delivery service my items arrived in 2 days. Many thanks, always my first stop for auto parts.

Beware of shipping scam
I have used parts in motion for quite some time, and have always left very positive review and it was always good service.
However on the latest order something has dramatically changed.
Ordered around £250 on parts and paid for express shipping
Order number 4663484

Next day I get a message saying I need to pay another £20 due to the size of the items. When questioned and explained I had already paid £5 extra the price dropped to £15.
This was paid

The next day they come back looking for another £29 for shipping.

If I pay this what next do I need to pay again tomorrow.

They had every opportunity on the first pass to get the shipping cost correct.
It appears very unprofessional and dishonest to come back upping the price repeatedly.

Maybe thing have changed at the company
Maybe it just they are now scamming customers.

My shipping address has not changed.
I have ordered from 1 company
So why multiple shipping payment.

Once and IF I get my money back I Will not be using this company again
