Took my mother in today, to the very caring and personable office of SLO motion shoes.My mother has walked each step with a limp and pain for the last 30 years of her life...she walked out of the appointment with her very own personal insoles, a smile and excitement for the future she will have without hurt. The staff was amazing and took the extra time and steps to make sure my mom was satisfied and also stated to come back if necessary. What a great experience.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, skill and affability of the lady who helped me find the best fit and attractiveness of my shoes.

The only thing I would change would be a chance to look over the different styles and colors ahead of time. It was as if the shoes had already been chosen for me, but it was easy to let the lady know my preferences after a while. She was very patient.

This is the only place that will buy my shoes. They are so gracious and kind and helpful. They do not rush you they do not pressure you. I came in pretty close to closing time and they stayed open late just for me without making me feel rushed or that I was an inconvenience. I would highly recommend getting all your work shoes dress shoes play shoes running shoes everyday shoes here.

Orthotics was among the recommendations of my podiatrist for treating capsulitis , a problem I'd experienced with my right foot, limiting my ability to walk, golf and play pickleball, all of which were unacceptable. SLO Motion Shoes, a business located adjacent to the podiatrist's office became part of the solution. Their knowledge, professionalism and excellent customer service effort prompts this review as the results have been fantastic. Their shoe selection combined with the correct orthotic device had me experience immediate relief and along with a follow-up visit, have allowed me to again actively participate. Many thanks!!

This was my first time in the store. Even though I arrived shortly before the store closed, I didn’t feel rushed. I was helped by a very knowledgeable gentleman who took the time to explain the benefits of each shoe I was interested in trying on and helped me to find a very comfortable shoe. I purchased my second pair of orthotics from SLO Motion Shoes two weeks ago. When I got home, I saw where they were coming apart, not glued properly. They were also to big and wouldnt fit any of my shoes. Due to being out of the state, today, May 31, 2018, was my first opportunity to take them back. This is where i met Greg Wyche, Fit Speclalist. Not a very good representative of this company. My concerns, too big and coming apart from not being glued properly. Mr Wyche response, this is normal and it was up to me to cut the ortthotic, $75.00 plus tax, to fit my shoes. Humm, thought that might his job. He did offer to glue my orthotics. When I mentioned the 30 day guarantee, Mr Wyche said it didn't apply due to the orthotics being custom fit for me. Aren't all the orthotics customer fit at this store? Since he was absolutely no help, I asked for my money back. I was shown the front door. So now I have a new pair if orthotics that don't fit, coming unglued and a company that won't honor their 30 day guarantee. Not happy with Greg Wyche, Fit Speclalist.
