My son was treated by Sandie, a very friendly professional. He had a case of mild plagiocephaly and after 3 months of treatment using the helmet, his head shape was corrected.

It was quite an expensive treatment, but it was worth it.

Very unprofessional, calling my daughter buddy and taking a phone call during my appointment is unacceptable from a private healthcare provider. Not to mention the fact the manual measurements were over 2mm out from the scan and we were not told that my daughter’s head wasn’t as bad until we asked the question. The helmet might be great and do the job but I have absolutely zero trust in the woman that gave no credentials and totally unacceptable behaviour through the £40 consultation.

P.s wouldn’t let it go that I am Italian and told inappropriate stories about Italians.

They are an amazing company who helped my daughter when she was 7 months old who suffered from a flat head and torticollus and helped us with our treatment and helped us find an amazing cranial osteopath who helped with the torticollus. I would definitely recommend them as the nhs fobbed me off md off with my daughter's condition and said if would get better in time I'm glad I trusted my own instincts and went with technology in motion. Thank you to Sandy Waddell for all her help and advice throughout xx
