Company doesn't follow through on their promises. No communication. When you ask for your money they give you a hard time on refunding you. Need to have a lawyer ready dealing with this company.

Quality of their logo & frequency of communication is the only good thing about the company. However, the quality of communication is horrendous. This entire company is a scam, majority of the good reviews on TrustPilot has been created by them. They do alot of photoshopping to make it seem like domains are in your name, they will send you false information to gain trust, and in the end you own nothing. There was a review on this company that said to document EVERYTHING, and get everything in writing. In their case that doesnt matter because they will go back on their word and cause you trouble. I wouldnt go through with the headache even if they were the last company on earth.

They are related to companies liquidweb, they recieve everything through PublicDomainRegistry (look up trustpilot reviews on them) and they are the middle man for a company located in Pakistan! So when I wanted to get rid of Vizanimations as the middle person, I couldnt even call the actual holders (technado) because it's long distance, and they probably wouldnt understand me.

Originally I had an account manager named Sebastian, he was great but didnt EVER give me a contract no matter how many times I asked and he barely documented my requests, so now that they fired him they gave me a woman- Jennifer, and she is BLAMING ME that my requests werent brought to her attention (how is that my fault), she also got on the phone with my internet company because my emails that they provided weren't working and they swore it was Spectrum, we did a three way with them and she kept cutting me off and was SO rude to the receptionists and snapped at them. Lastly, she admitted to ignoring my messages for a couple of days because she was "busy" and most importantly, I called her one day and she denied it and texted me back "wait" and sent me a picture of her smoking a cigarette outside!

Oh, let's not forget when she saw my WhatsApp picture and said I looked too young to start a business, and talked to me in a demeaning manner.

How professional is that? Due to this horrendous service I should be getting everything for free. Instead, they hassle you for more money just so they can get a big commission.

Here's some advice: do everything BY YOURSELF, use someone more reputable!

I had to start all over again with another company, and vizanimations still wont give me my domain name -which I paid for

Still waiting on a refund after they were not able to meet my needs. Communication was always a bit sketchy. Total waste of time and money.
