Moises himself attended to us! Very pleasant, knowledgeable, capable, and patient 🙂 my sweet-as-can be mother-in-law wanted a new watch, but wasn't sure what exactly she wanted. Moises helped us to customize the face with a separate (specific type) band, even tightened it to her liking after she left the store and decided it was a tad loose. Excellent customer service and surprisingly wide selection for what appears on the outside to be a small shop.

By far the best jeweler that I have ever met! What makes them stand out is that they can literally make jewelry for you and surprisingly most jewelry stores aren't able to do that in house. I have taken in old rings and had a beautiful pendant made out of them...it's pictured below. Today, I just picked up this newest creation they made out of my dad's old wedding ring and the first ring my dad ever gave to me. They even engraved his name in it for me. My father passed away this year, and this piece of jewelry is something I will always cherish. Just can't say enough about this jewelry store!

I would highly recommend this jewelry store for jewelry repair. I took my engagement ring here to have it sized down and he did an amazing job! You can’t see any sizing lines and he cleaned it up for me. He does the repairs in house so you don’t have to worry about it being shipped off somewhere or lost. He also had the ring ready within a day and a half of me dropping it off. The price was less than most large jewlery stores as well. Very affordable, great service, and great work.

Came here to have a family heirloom ring resized because of the good reviews. The turnaround time was pretty quick and pricing seemed very reasonable. However, a few weeks later, I lost one of the diamonds out of the ring! I took the ring to my reliable home-town jeweler out of state to have the diamond replaced and they said whomever resized it "butchered it pretty badly during resizing". I would not take any valuable jewelry here for repair. You get what you pay for.

I am from Virginia visting my family. My husband gave me a Necklace 27 years ago and I have always worn it, until I broke it. The Jeweler down home didn't want to fix it , along with not wanting to shine up and fix my sweetheart ring that my husband gave to me, that was his Mothers. It is 53 years old.
Z&M Jeweler took both item and fixed them both. Both the ring and Necklace looked brand new. I was amazed!! They did a excellent job on them. I have NEVER been this impressed by a Jeweler until now. They even completed both items in 1 1/2 hours. The price was amazingly cheap!!
I highly recommend these wonderful people to all and I will use their business again!
